最近食事ネタばかりなので、ボーカルネタを。


喉イガイガすることは有りますか？
結構、お部屋が乾燥してくると、すぐイガイガしませんか？


カオリン、
お部屋では機械が3種類フル稼働してます。

まずは空気清浄機



そして加湿器







そして、ウイルス除菌のアンティパック





こちら3台が頑張ってくれているので、そうそう風邪はひきません。し、まわりに風邪ひきさんがいても、移ることもなく元気です☆



ちょっとヤバいな、と思ったときは、これに洗濯物の部屋干しが加わります(笑)



そして、よく食べる、事で体は丈夫です！

本日は和風。
お蕎麦にしました。




つけめん風にしてみました。


こんがり焼き鳥で、鴨南ばん代わりです♪


ネギは好きなので、焼きネギたっぷり。

舞茸は天婦羅にしたいところ、ですが、ヘルシーに焼いておきました。


蕎麦はニハチ蕎麦がお好みのタイプです。
