ミツバチの日

昨日3月8日はミツバチの日だったのですね☆

かおりんは蜂蜜を割と食べます(^-^)


以前はお湯で溶いてハチミツ湯で飲んでましたが、マクロビに詳しい方のブログを読んでたら、あまり熱を加えないほうが良いみたいなことが書かれてました。
それ以来、直接食べちゃいます(笑)




どこの、とかこだわりはないけど、マヌカハニーは常備です。
喉がイガイガしそうな気がしたらスプーン一杯ゆっくり食べます。
口の中で溶かしながらって感じ。


抗菌・殺菌効果が有るそうです。






あとは普通のハチミツ☆
トーストして、バター＆ハチミツの最強コンビで頂きます。




最近、マヌカには発ガン性物質が含まれてるとか、なんとか…見かけました。


微妙な感じ。


アクティブジャラハニーというのが、マヌカと同じような効果があり、発ガン性成分は含んでないって注目されてるみたい。


今度はそっちにしてみよっかな。
