グリーンスムージー

随分前にグリーンスムージーの本だけ購入して、面倒そうなのでそのまま放置してました。


東京へきて、スリムなお友だちが
グリーンスムージーを飲んでるって聞いて、かおりんも再チャレンジ。


けっこう、材料さえ揃えてあれば健康的で美味しいので、気に入って続けてます。


貧血気味なので、ほうれん草をよく使います(^-^)





最近ミキサーを壊してしまったので
新しいのをゲットしちゃいました☆






お友だちの作り方のポイントは、一緒に氷もミキサーにかけちゃうと冷たくて美味しい、ということ。



なので氷もOKなのを選んできました。



ただ、スムージー流行りなのか、氷までOKなのはほぼ在庫切れ。


唯一Panasonicだけ在庫ありでした。



でも、最近のなので超いい感じに出来ます。
