まだまだ暑い！

さて～！

昨日は久々に銀座に歌いに行きましたが、帰りの電車で寝ちゃいました(T-T)


気づいたら、終点でしたっ(/--)/


びっっくりしました！


まだまだ暑いので体が疲れてるのかしら？





そんな事も有りましたが、
今日から新しく東京でのレッスンを初めて見ました。



またまた名古屋に引き続き、美人さんが来てくださいました♪




これから続けて来てくださることになったので、頑張って楽しくレッスン出来るように頑張ろっと☆






それにしても、外はまだまだ晴天気で、NEWSでも熱中症にご注意、なんてまだやってました。

なので今日はシソジュース飲んで見ました。

以前からコープで見つけて買ってあったのを思い出しましたんで。





こんな暑い日には良さげでしょ(^-^)



無糖のタイプでしたので

頂き物のハチミツ入れてみました。


甘酸っぱいのが体に効きそうです☆
