出先で、喉ケアのお気に入りは、
まずは、のど飴


一番たよりにしているのは

こちら、何かのどには違和感があれば、なめると直ぐにピリッと喉にきます！





他にもプロポリスのど飴はたくさんでてます。

最近見付けたのが

こちら、昔ながらの飴ちゃん。
榮太樓の飴ちゃん。
形も

紅茶とかの飴ちゃんと同じ三角の形。これは蜂蜜とミント





後は、お水を飲めない時は
龍角散



とか、スチーム

携帯用で、こんなになっています！





ちょっと、喉が痛めのときは漢方も♪



なんだかんだと。
いろいろ有りますなっ
